Mortgage Care Loan Servicing Soft Inc., Chairman and Chief Architect
Robert Spier is Chairman and Chief Architect for Mortgage Care Loan Servicing Soft Inc. He has been involved with many facets of the finance and computers since 1982.
Mr. Spier received an MBA degree in Information Management from JFK University in 1988. He completed his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Austin College in 1978.
In addition, Mr. Spier has earned a California Broker’s License, Utah Real Estate License, as well as S.E.C. and N.A.S.D. security licenses.
Prior to joining the computer arena, Mr. Spier was employed by Dean Witter Reynolds as a Licensed Stock Broker.
Financial training comes from employment at two banking institutions. Mr. Spier was an Assistant Vice President at American Savings in Salt Lake City where he was responsible for computerizing the Real Estate Owned Department on a first generation IBM personal computer. He has also worked as a Loan Agent in the Bay Area.
Mr. Spier and the Mortgage Care staff have helped thousands of clients automate their accounting and lending functions. Clients include large and small mortgage companies, credit unions, universities, Habitat for Humanity, and individual investors.
